Meet Kat
More than operational support. A genuine passion for helping health and work professionals do the work that matters most.

Behind every business is a story.
Mine didn't begin with a business plan or a lifelong ambition to become a Virtual Assistant.
It began with becoming a mum.
When I had my first child, I knew I wanted to build a career that allowed me to be present for my family while continuing to use the skills I'd spent years developing. Traditional employment couldn't offer the flexibility I needed, so I started exploring a different path.
A former client introduced me to a profession I'd never even heard of: Virtual Assistance.
Soon afterwards, one of my first clients trusted me with planning a six-month world tour for him and his wife. Not just flights and hotels, but a complete itinerary for one of the biggest adventures of their lives.
I loved every minute of it.
That project taught me something I still carry into every client relationship today.
I don't simply enjoy completing tasks.
I enjoy bringing order to complexity, solving problems and creating clarity.
Looking back, I probably didn't realise it at the time, but I think I was hooked from that moment on.
While building KCurryVA, I continued working part-time within the NHS. It gave me stability while the business grew, but it also kept me connected to the realities of working in health services and the pressures professionals face every day.
A few years later, I began working with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association.
That experience changed everything.
Through the incredible people I met, I found a purpose I didn't realise I was missing.
For the first time, my work felt connected to something bigger than administration.
I had found the people I wanted to support.

Working alongside the Vocational Rehabilitation Association introduced me to a sector and community that continues to inspire me - Credit to Dr Julie Denning, Salma Khanam, Tahnee Leopold and Kirsty Stobbs
Why I Chose This Sector
The more I worked alongside health and work professionals, the more one thing became clear.
The people making the biggest difference to others were often the ones sacrificing their own time to keep everything else running.
Emails at the end of the day.
Administration at weekends.
Important ideas pushed aside because client work always came first.
I don't believe these professionals need to work harder.
I believe they deserve the operational support that allows them to spend more time where their expertise has the greatest impact.
That's why I chose to specialise.
Not because I wanted a niche.
Because I found a community whose mission genuinely resonates with me.
What It's Like To Work With Me
Every client relationship is different, but there are a few things you can always expect when we work together.
I Think Ahead
I look beyond today's priorities, helping identify potential issues before they become problems.
I Create Clarity
Whether it's systems, processes or priorities, I enjoy bringing structure to complexity so everything feels easier to manage.
I'm Your Sounding Board
Sometimes you need someone to bounce ideas off, talk through challenges or simply help organise your thinking. I'm happy to be that person.
I Keep Things Moving
Reliable communication, consistent support and a calm approach mean you can focus on your clients knowing the operational side of your business is in safe hands.
Why It Matters
Outside work, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors or planning our next adventure.
Becoming a mum changed how I define success.
Today, success isn't just about growing a business.
It's about building something I'm proud of while being present for the people who matter most.
That belief shapes the way I work with my clients too.
Because I believe a successful business should support your life, not take it over.
Let's have a conversation
If you're looking for someone who understands the realities of running a health or work practice and wants to make your business feel more organised, more manageable and less overwhelming, I'd love to hear your story.
